Awareness Before Change™

Awareness Before Change™ is a foundational program that helps individuals recognize personal triggers for transformation, building readiness for growth through self-reflection and self-awareness for early intervention strategies. It emphasizes mindfulness and NLP-inspired techniques to shift mindsets before resistance sets in. Participants gain tools to foster proactive change aligned with their personal vision, mission, and shared values.

It is a 5 hour program (12am to 5pm)
