Participant Undertaking
It is hereby agreed that in consideration of your participation in LDSY’s club, course, seminar, workshop, program or retreat, you undertake not to directly or indirectly solicit any participant for employment or sales representatives (in any industry), in any way whatsoever, either on your behalf or on behalf of any person or company. If you breach the above undertaking as determined by LDSY at its sole discretion, you agree that your participation with us will be terminated with immediate effect. No refund whatsoever shall be due to you in the event of your breach.
