Neuro Destress Program is a brain relaxation program suitable for working adults and corporate management staff It helps participants to relax and enhance mental wellness through Neuro Soundwaves and relaxation techniques.
In this 120mins workshop, participants will learn relaxation techniques to help their brains to have good rest and reduce their stresses. Participants will also get to enjoy Neuro Laxo Soundwave which consists of Soundwaves to synchronise right and left hemispheres of the brain to reduce stress.
The program also includes appreciation of Neuro Dormio Soundwaves for improvement of sleep quality and Neuro Laxo Soundwave for Relaxation.
After the workshop, participants will have the option to purchase The Tranquility – a Neuroscience device developed in partnership with Neuro Code Research in Singapore. This is a device that helps participants to relax and destress at home or in the office.
Upon completion of the program, participants will have the option to purchase The Tranquility and The Slumber (Bone Conduction Device to Reduce Stress and Improve Sleep Quality).

11.15am Neuro Activatio – Neuro Soundwave to enhance human brain functions, synchronize right and left brain waves and activate parts of brain to enhance cognitive functions.
